Local Bus Service 88/88A: Buckland – Newton Abbot – Highweek – Ashburton – Buckfastleigh – Totnes

On 14th April Stagecoach are introducing changes to their local bus services in Newton Abbot. These are partly in response to further housing developer funding at Hele Park, Newton Abbot.

The Newton Abbot – Buckland section will revert to service no. 77, running half-hourly between Buckland, the town centre and Hele Park via Ashburton Road. In combination with journeys on the 88/88A, there will be four buses an hour between Newton Abbot and Hele Park.

The 88/88A will now run between Totnes, Buckfastleigh, Ashburton and Newton Abbot (88) or Bradley Barton, Highweek and Newton Abbot (88A).

Evening and Sunday services are renumbered 77A. Please get in touch if you would like me to send you the full timetables.
